LITERATURE
3rd Tuesday Morning
An informal group for lively discussions on a variety of books and authors. Refreshments and coffee add to the morning’s fun.
2nd Friday Morning
An exciting literary journey. A revisit of two American classics, explore the cultures of Afghanistan, Iran, India and China and touch down in New Orleans and L.A . Reviewers are articulate and informed and conversation is lively.
3rd Tuesday Evening
Spark your reading life by joining our stimulating evenings of literary investigation and discussion. This year’s choices will feature a variety of authors and subjects along with a few “must reads” selected by our avid readers.
MOVIE GROUPS
3rd Saturday evening
Three movies are voted on and members go independently to see the movie decided upon. Then the group meets on the third Saturday at a member’s home for dessert and conversation regarding the movies.
3rd Saturday evening
Meet in member’s home for potluck and discussion of movie chosen the month before to be seen when convenient.
3rd Friday evening
Meet in member’s home to discuss movie selected the month before.
POTPOURRI

DINE/IN - DINE/OUT
Couples and singles take turns hosting an evening. Usually
meet at a restaurant for dinner followed by dessert and coffee
at host home. Sometimes the format changes to appetizers at
The play is the thing! The fun is in the sharing. Each month a pre-selected
play is read aloud. It may be an old favorite, a recent hit, or a controversial
show. No dramatic talent is required, just a love of the theater.
For over 30 years Fullerton Branch has supplied copies of plays to other branches for the Drama Reading Groups. That's right....we are the branch who started it all. During the summer members repair booklets, organize the rotations and finally mail to our customers (other branches).

Explore the history of a country by reading biographies of artists and political figures.
DUPLICATE BRIDGE
Daytime group meets mornings. Evening group meets at 6:30 p.m.
